Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to drink. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, great for weekend getaways.
